The Lightwave Community, like any community or parish in the Church of England, maintains an electoral roll which anyone who is a regular wmember at a Lightwave Hub or Group or Fresh Expression is encouraged to join.

Being on the Lightwave electoral roll means that you can vote on any relevant issues at the Lightwave AGM and stand for election to the Lightwave Community Council (the community's trustees).  It is fine to be on the Electoral Roll of both the Lightwave Community and a parish church.

You may well be a member of the Lightwave Community, attending group or hub meetings regularly.  Joining the electoral roll can be a great way of confirming your commitment to the Lightwave community and to our vision. But as the community grows it will also allow you to take part in the life of the wider Church of England, at, deanery, diocese and even national levels, if you’re interested in that.

Every six years the electorial roll is re-done from scratch.  Our new Roll will took effect on 28th April 2025 but we noticed that many of the people who are part of our Lightwave groups havent signed up yet.

The easiest way to sign-up is on-line via this link HERE.  Alternatively you  can download one from here or ask your group leader for a form
